I bicycled down to The Nook in order to try the beers associated with Saturday Beer Event.

I haven’t gotten to ride my bike in many months. I got a change to ride today. So, road to The Nook. I had a great ride.

Wow! I like this stout. I have always enjoyed Samuel Smith’s beers. This beer will be high on my list of favorite stouts.

We are hanging out listening to Microwave Dave and Nukes play a pre-game show.

My sister and her children will be joining us soon for the game.

Update: Microwave Dave turned out to be the Bobblehead character given out at the game. Super!

You know you are good when you can just lay over the edge of the bed to sleep.

I was able to pick up her feet and just move them to the bed.

Katie Beth just loves the playground toys. Today, she started to chant “Ladybuy, ladybug!”

We are packing for a day at the playground and pool. Karen has got
her book, Grape Expextations by Tamar Myers. Katie Beth is singing in
the back seat.

We are heading to the playground first, because the pool doesn’t open
until ten. Katie Beth was already started saying swing set as we are getting near the playground.

Katie Beth is enjoying a little summer time fun. Watermelon is the fruit of summer.

We had fun throwing rocks in the creek and looking under rocks.

Katie Beth is having a great time. She loves us living near a playground.

We even had another proud father stop and say he remembered his daughter at this age. We made him smile seeing us playing.

Karen is home exercising with Luzy to an exercise video.
