Karen is out shopping. I’m watching Katie Beth.
We are having a great time other than sand in the eye.
We are grilling with Karen’s father’s grill from prior to 1975. I would guess 1970. It is called the “Portable Kitchen”. With a name like that, I could see this grill being from the 60′s or 50′s.
Katie Beth is having fun. She is wanting to do everything that I do. Her favorite line is “I’ll help my daddy.”
Wow, we had a super time at the Huntsville Stars last night.
Katie Beth won a pair of season tickets.
Karen won tickets to the AA All Stars game.
Katie Beth got on two newscasts.
Daddy was proud.
Katie Beth had a great time dressing up as Tinker Bell today for today’s baseball game with pixie dust and all. I had fun doing her hair up.
It was her naptime, but she still wanted to go to the game. We loaded her up and she fell asleep on the way to the game. After sleeping through two innings or so, she got up and started going 100% as expected.
We are wrapping up the end of the baseball season. We had a tailgate yesterday, today was a father and daughter game, and tomorrow is the last game of the season.
We have enjoyed the Huntsville Stars season. Katie Beth just loves going to the games.
