I brought this home for Karen with some chocolate of course.

Karen says it is very port like. I enjoyed it, too. If you like Port wines, this beer has port over tones that are just wonderful.

Hmmm, mmm.

Wow! This is a good beer.

It will be on draft for The Nook’s Christmas Party on the 14th.

Hmmmm! The alcohol taste is not hidden. It has a sweet taste, but your nose can not miss the alcohol.

To bad you can’t get this beer in Huntsville, Alabama.

This brown ale has a nice nutty taste, but the overall flavor is very flat.

I’m kicking back in the room after a day at Hollywood Studios and getting 1600 gallons poured on me. We picked up two beers to have tonight. I selected Oberon, which has been enjoyable.

The beer is a Bell’s summer ale. It is a wheat ale, which has nice light wheat taste. I taste honey flavors, too.

We are getting to have a relaxing lunch, because Katie Beth just fell asleep.

I am getting to have a Dogfish Head brew, which you can’t get in Alabama. This beer is a very hoppy beer from start to finish. It comes up and slaps you in the mouth.

This is my first try of this beer. For an IPA, the hoppiness needs more character. It has a very mild sweetness at the finish. It is very drinkable, but I had hoped for more from Red Hook.

Medium citrus tone that lingers moderately at the back of the palatte
with champagne-like bubbles. Lacks aroma.

Nice after dinner sipping beer. Should go well with light flavored
cheese or fruited pastry.

Hmmm. It tastes like a variation of the Cherry Wheat. It is a little sweeter. Or, as Karen says, it is less sour.

Ah!

We love the International Food and Wine Festival.

This is a very good hefeweizen. It has a crisp taste from the high carbonation and a citrus finish.

It is very enjoyable at the end of our first day on vacation.
